In February, 1999, Micronetics acquired the business and substantially all of the assets of Vectronics Microwave Corp. — a designer of microwave products ranging from passive components to digital signal processing circuits, custom front ends, multi-function MIC modules and sub-systems.
Today, all Vectronics operations are conducted at Micronetics main facility in Hudson, NH. John Vogler, Vectronics founder and president, has joined Micronetics technical staff and will continue to develop innovative products in support of customer requirements.
