The VCO is very stable drifting -0.02MHz/per degree C,pulling only 0.2MHz peak to peak,and pushing is 0.7MHz/v.Tuning linearity is better than 1.6:1 across the bandwidth power output of +3dBm+/- 1dB. Supply is + 5 volts @15mA and tuning voltage range is 0-17 volts.Modulation bandwidth is 5.3MHz,very fast for a VCO tuning down to 90MHz. Package size is standard .500" sq.smd and 0.15" high.
