Micronetics Wireless Elects New Board Member; Expands Engineering Team to Meet Demand for RF/Wireless Products
Hudson, NH -- Micronetics Wireless, Inc., (NASDAQ:NOIZ) today announced that Barbara Mierisch, formerly Director of Media Relations and Advertising for AT&T's Wireless Equipment Division, has been elected to the Micronetics Wireless Board of Directors.

Ms. Mierisch also managed marketing communications and salesware development programs for AT&T Network Systems and held various positions in public relations and sales administration for Western Electric. She left AT&T in early 1996 to pursue a career as a communications consultant to high tech companies, including the newly-formed Lucent Technologies.

The company also announced the expansion of its engineering organization, naming Doug Trotter to the new position of Technical Director. Before joining Micronetics Wireless, Mr. Trotter was Engineering Project Manager for commercial development on CDMA/PCS communications systems at Sanders and a Technical Manager at Teradyne/Boston for the B2 bomber automatic test system. Prior to that, he spent 11 years at Litton as a member of the Senior Technical Staff, designing and developing radar/EW systems for U.S. Navy ships.

Dennis Colin joins the Micronetics Wireless engineering team as Senior Design Engineer for low phase noise Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs). Mr. Colin brings 30 years of experience in designing RF/wireless components to Micronetics Wireless, having worked at companies such as Komwave, M/A-COM and Varian Associates. He has received two U.S. patents for his work and been published in various engineering trade journals.
