MICRONETICS WIRELESS EXPANDS SALES ORGANIZATION; ADDS SALES REPRESENTATIVES IN UNITED STATES AND ABROAD
Hudson, NH - Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq/NOIZ) said today that it has named a new sales director to cover sales of its wireless component line throughout Florida, California, Canada and Europe.

The new executive, Desmond Killen, brings more than 30 years experience in RF microwave and wireless component sales to Micronetics. His most recent position before joining Micronetics was as National/European Marketing Director for Trak Microwave - a worldwide manufacturer of RF microwave components and subsystems. Killen also spent more than 15 years at Watkins-Johnson where, as Systems Group Requirements Manger, he was responsible for sales levels in excess of $150 million.

In a move further designed to increase coverage of its wireless component line, the company has also named a number of new sales representatives here and abroad:

  • WesTech -- based in San Jose, CA, the company will put together a team with Micronetics to cover key accounts in Northern California.
  • Youngewirth & Olenick Assoc. -- Phoenix-based company will work to increase sales in Arizona and New Mexico.
  • MaTech - will handle component sales throughout France.
  • Semic - Germany-based company will cover accounts in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
  • Swiftech - will handle sales of Micronetics Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) product line in South Africa.

Headquartered in Hudson, NH, Micronetics Wireless designs, manufactures and markets a wide range of wireless components and test equipment used in the design, testing and manufacture of cellular, PCS, CDMA, Wireless Local Loop and satellite equipment.
