MICRONETICS WIRELESS RECEIVES $1.2 MILLION INSURANCE CLAIM
Hudson, NH -- Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ:NOIZ) announced today that it has been awarded over $1.2 million from the Aetna Casualty & Surety Co. for damages to the company's facilities and inventory caused by a flood in November, 1994.

The claim was settled through arbitration.

Micronetics Wireless initially received a payment of $387,000 in March, 1995. As a result, there was a gain in lease improvements in FY95 of $51,283 or .02 a share.

Today, the company received a second payment of $812,000, which will result in an additional gain of $100,000 or .03 per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 1997.
