MICRONETICS WIRELESS SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH ST OLEKTRON TO PRIVATE LABEL WIRELESS COMPONENTS
New York, NY -- Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ:NOIZ) today announced it has reached an agreement to private label the company's M3500 Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs) for ST Olektron Corp., a manufacturer of frequency and power management components that is one of six operating companies within the Signal Technology Corp. (AMEX:STZ).

The M3500 VCO family will be included in ST Olektron's product catalogue that is circulated throughout its worldwide network of manufacturer's reps and distributors.

VCOs are basic "building block" components used in cellular, Wireless Local Loop, satellite and personal communications systems in base stations, radios, handsets and other types of equipment.

Based in Hudson, NH, Micronetics Wireless designs and manufactures specialized components and test equipment to help OEMs and service providers deliver high quality, reliable communications systems and devices. The company originally acquired its M3500 VCO line through a licensing agreement with QUALCOMM, Inc.

Headquartered in Beverly, Massachusetts, ST Olektron develops, manufactures and distributes mixers, power dividers, couplers, amplifiers, filters and oscillators. It is part of the California-based Signal Technology group which serves the communications, defense, intelligence, aerospace and commercial satellite industries.
