Micronetics Appoints Former Alpha Industries Executive, Ralph Marrone, to Lead Its Micronetics/Equipment Group.
Hudson, NH - Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq/NOIZ) announced today that Ralph Marrone has been hired as Vice President to lead its Micronetics/Equipment Product Group. In this position, Mr. Marrone will be responsible for general management of Micronetics' noise components and test equipment product lines.

Prior to joining Micronetics, Mr. Marrone was Director of Strategic Marketing at Alpha Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:AHAA) of Woburn, MA. He was part of the management team that assisted in transforming Alpha Industries into a leading component supplier to the wireless communications marketplace. Prior to Alpha Industries, Mr. Marrone spent 16 years in technical sales and management positions at Hewlett Packard (NYSE:HWP). Mr. Marrone has over 19 years of engineering, technical marketing and sales, product development and business management experience. He holds a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he graduated with high distinction.

Headquartered in Hudson, NH, Micronetics offers noise-based test equipment and components used primarily to test communication systems through its Micronetics/Equipment group, and manufactures and designs RF components and subassemblies used primarily in radar, electronic countermeasure and electronic simulation systems through its Micronetics/Components group. Micronetics' acquired Microwave & Video Systems, Inc. ("MVS") of Danbury, CT and Vectronics Microwave Corporation of Middlesex, NJ ("Vectronics") earlier this year. MVS and Vectronics are part of the Micronetics/Components group.
