MICRONETICS WIRELESS ACQUIRES DOMAIN NAME "MICRONETICS.COM"
Hudson, New Hampshire - August 24, 1998. Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ:NOIZ) announced today the successful settlement of a lawsuit captioned Micronetics Design Corp. v. Micronetics Wireless, Inc. in the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware. In addition to being paid for prior use, the settlement provides for the "Micronetics.com" domain name to be assigned to Micronetics Wireless, Inc. later this year.

Richard S. Kalin, President, stated "I am pleased to have successfully settled this lawsuit. We will be assigned the "Micronetics.com" domain name later this year. Although we are seeing significantly increased use of our website by our customers, employees and shareholders, we believe, having access to our website through Micronetics.com, will increase this usage at a faster rate. You can presently access our website through the domain names "MWireless.com" or "Micronetics.org."

Based in Hudson, NH, Micronetics' manufactures, designs and markets a range of test equipment and components used to design, test and manufacture equipment for cellular PCS, wireless local loop and satellite applications. It also manufactures and markets other microwave components.
