Micronetics Announces the Passing of Richard S. Kalin
Hudson, NH -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- August 8, 2003 -- Micronetics, Inc. (NASDAQ/NOIZ) is saddened to announce that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Richard S. Kalin, was killed in a car accident last night. Micronetics' Board of Directors has appointed David Robbins as its interim Chief Executive Officer and a director. No other details are known at this time.

Micronetics, operating through its Defense Electronics, Test Solutions and VCO Products Groups, manufactures microwave and radio frequency (RF) components and integrated subassemblies used in a variety of defense, aerospace and commercial applications.
