Micronetics Awarded Another Microwave Integrated Subassembly Order
HUDSON, NH -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- August 7, 2000 -- Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq/NOIZ) announced today that its Micronetics/Components Group has been awarded a significant order to supply microwave integrated subassemblies for delivery later this fiscal year.

Dave Robbins, Senior Vice President, stated AThis microwave integrated subassembly includes a modulator, switch filter, attenuators and amplifiers. It is used as part of a high density electronic warfare simulator for a foreign navy. Significantly, this is another >win= for our strategy of seeking orders for larger, more complex microwave integrated subassemblies. This is especially satisfying since a major component of this order will be built at our Microwave & Video Systems, Inc. subsidiary (MVS) that we acquired last year. Our ability to leverage off the capability of MVS enabled us to offer a more aggressive delivery schedule than we otherwise would have been able to. Our ability to shift activities to our best resources or use one facility to support the activities of another, were major elements of our strategy to acquire MVS, ultimately enabling us to better meet the needs of our customers.@
