Micronetics Hires Chief Financial Officer
Hudson, NH -- (Business Wire) -- July 17, 2000 -- Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq/NOIZ) announced today that Doug A. Cook has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cook brings 28 years of financial experience to Micronetics. He spent six years with Raytheon Company, four years with Polaroid Corporation, 12 years with Nuclear Metals Inc., three years with GammaTel, Inc. and, most recently, three years with National Mental Healthcare, Inc. He was graduated with a M.B.A. from Babson College in 1977 and a B.S. from Cornell University in 1972.

Richard Kalin, President of Micronetics, stated ADoug=s background is perfect to assist Micronetics to reach the next level, as Micronetics continues to expand its business, based on both internal and external activities. His experience at integration of multiple operations and understanding proper costing and planning procedures, will be a key driver to Micronetics= continued profitable growth.
