Micronetics Reports Record FY2000 Sales and Earnings
Hudson, NH -- June 19, 2000. Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq/NOIZ) today reported results for its fiscal year ended March 31, 2000 (AFY2000").

For FY2000, the Company had revenues of $6,205,513, as compared to revenues of $4,547,087 for FY99, an increase of 36.5%. For FY2000, the Company had net income of $738,391, or $.19 per share basic and $.18 per share diluted, as compared to net income for the prior fiscal year of $276,171, or $.08 per share basic and diluted, an increase of 167%. The weighted average shares outstanding for FY2000 were 3,821,352 basic and 4,201,343 diluted, and for FY99 they were 3,577,293, basic and diluted.

Richard S. Kalin, President & CEO, stated AWe are pleased to report record revenues and earnings for FY2000. Each of our three groups are operating at increased levels over last year. Several customers have recently contacted us to increase production. We are moving our VCO Products Group into a new facility because of expanded need for space and people. Several important new hires are integrating well into our culture. If this level of activity continues, the current fiscal year should result in record revenues and net income.@
