MICRONETICS WIRELESS SIGNS COMPUCON TO DISTRIBUTE ITS STANDARD WIRELESS COMPONENTS IN NORTH AMERICA AND EUROPE
Hudson, NH -- Micronetics Wireless, Inc., (NASDAQ:NOIZ) announced that, effective May 3, 1996, it has entered into an agreement with Compucon, Inc., a New York-based distributor of RF/microwave components and equipment to the wireless and telecommunication industries.

The agreement calls for Compucon to distribute Micronetics Wireless "standard catalogue" components -- including the company's premiere M3500 Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) product family -- throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.

The M3500 VCO line was originally designed and developed at QUALCOMM, Inc., and licensed to Micronetics Wireless for manufacture and distribution in 1994.

"This agreement with Compucon reinforces our commitment to providing the quickest possible delivery to our customers on standard components," says Richard S. Kalin, Micronetics Wireless President.

Compucon is the national stocking distributor for companies such as M/A-COM, Watkins-Johnson, QMI, Amphenol and Miteq. The company is headquartered in Ronkonkoma, NY.

Based in Hudson, NH, Micronetics Wireless engineers and manufactures specialized RF components and test equipment designed to help OEMs and service providers deliver high quality, reliable communication systems and services.
