Micronetics Hires Director of Finance
Hudson, NH -- (Business Wire) -- April 16, 2001 -- Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq/NOIZ) announced today that Mr. Dennis Dow has been appointed Director of Finance. Mr. Dow brings 25 years of financial experience to Micronetics.

Most recently Dennis was employed as the Controller and Director of Financial Operations at Light Machines Corp., Manchester, NH. Prior to that he was employed with Digital Equipment Corporation, headquartered in Maynard, MA. Dennis held several financial management positions with Digital over a period of 15 years. He graduated with a B.S. from New Hampshire College.
