MICRONETICS WIRELESS APPOINTS NEW DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS HEAD
Hudson, NH -- Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq:NOIZ) announced today that Dave Robbins, the company's Chief Technical Officer, has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, effective April 1, 1997.

As COO, Robbins assumes responsibility for all day-to-day engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales activities at the company's Hudson, NH, facility, reporting directly to the CEO.

"No one has a more detailed or comprehensive knowledge of Micronetics products and operations than Dave," says Richard Kalin, President/CEO. "He's been with the company for over ten years and within the last five, he's designed virtually every new Micronetics product, including the MicroCal Module and the MicroSource VCO, which have been awarded U.S. patents."

Robbins joined Micronetics as a design engineer in 1986. He was ultimately promoted to Engineering Manager for the company's solid state component line, a position he held until being named Vice President, Engineering, in 1994. Since that time, Robbins has been instrumental in moving the company's focus from the military to the commercial marketplace and has also been involved in new business development and strategic sales.

Micronetics Wireless designs and manufactures specialized components and test equipment that help OEMs and service providers deliver high quality, reliable communications systems and services.
