Micronetics Receives Switch/Filter Order
HUDSON, NH --(BUSINESS WIRE)-- January 24, 2000 -- Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ/NOIZ) announced today that it has received a multi-year contract for switch/filter banks for use in the foreign military simulator market. This contract was awarded to Micronetics' wholly-owned subsidiary, Microwave & Video Systems, Inc. of Danbury, CT (MVS).

Floyd Parin, President of MVS, stated "This is an important order for us because it confirms our role as a leading supplier to the radio simulator marketplace. Our product enabled our customer to operate its system at higher power levels than our competition with extremely limited interference."

Based in Hudson, NH, Micronetics Wireless manufactures broadband test equipment and components used in the design, testing and manufacturing of cellular, PCS, wireless local loop and satellite equipment through its Micronetics/Equipment Group, and manufactures microwave components and subassemblies primarily used in radar, test equipment, electronic counter-intelligence, wireless communications and electronic simulation applications through its Micronetics/Components Group.
