Acquired MA/Com RFID products, entering a new market niche in logistics with rugged RFID solutions and accessories. The RFID development and
manufacturing talent joined Micronetics as part of the acquisition. This product family continues to be developed, manufactured and branded under the
Micronetics name. |

Acquired MICA Microwave, offering high performance mixers, isolators, low noise amplifiers and ferrite products. Today, Mica remains a growing wholly

Acquired Enon Microwave, Inc., gaining expertise in high power microwave control equipment. After several years, the product line was relocated to the
Hudson NH facility and it now continues to be developed and manufactured under the Micronetics brand. |

Acquired Vectronics Microwave Corp., adding a variety of passive components, digital signal processing circuits, custom front ends, multifunction MIC
modules and subsystems; today these products continue to be designed and manufactured in our Hudson NH facility under the Micronetics brand. |
