ISO 9001:2000 Certification |
TÜV America Inc., an independent ISO 9001 quality system registrar, certified Micronetics Incorporated as ISO 9001:2000 compliant in November 2004, following a rigorous audit to assess the company's quality assurance systems against ISO certification requirements. To be in compliance with ISO standards, Micronetics had to demonstrate its use of well-documented and highly disciplined controls and processes to ensure consistency and reliability of product quality, interaction with our customers and a continuous effort to improve.

acquisitions |
In June 2005, we acquired Stealth Microwave. This acquisition provides our customers with a broader range of RF/Microwave products, including world class amplifiers. This capability will provide Micronetics with further integrated systems solutions for more value to our customers. This facility is located in Trenton, NJ.
In January 2003, we acquired Microwave Concepts, Inc. This acquisition is consistent with our goal of continuing to expand our Defense Electronics Group by building up our resources to manufacture and design complex integrated subassemblies. This facility is located in Fairfield, NJ.
In March 2002, we acquired Enon Microwave, Inc. This adds expertise in high power microwave control components. This facility is located in Topsfield, MA.
In February, 1999, Micronetics acquired the business and substantially all of the assets of Vectronics Microwave Corp. a designer of microwave products ranging from passive components to digital signal processing circuits, custom front ends, multi-function MIC modules and sub-systems. Today, Vectronics operations are conducted at Micronetics main manufacturing facility in Hudson, NH.
In January, 1999, Microwave & Video Systems (MVS) became a division of Micronetics. MVS manufactures microwave PIN diode switches, switch/filter banks and integrated assemblies for a variety of markets including commercial radio and cellular, telecommunications and the military. MVS has continued all operations at its Danbury, CT, facility.

noise products |
Our Noise Products Group provides technologies used for improving and calibrating wireless communications. Products range from embedded noise modules used to monitor receiver performance to calibrated noise sources and subassemblies used to measure noise figure in both benchtop and automated test equipment (ATE) applications. We also specialize in amplified noise modules for bit error rate (BER) testing and for dithering circuits.
test solutions |
Our Test Solutions Group manufactures a wide variety of precision noise generators and multipath fading simulators. These products are designed to simulate real-world signal distortions from AWGN and multipath effects that are highly accurate and repeatable.
voltage controlled oscillators |
Our VCO Products Group offers precise signal sources within a given frequency range which generate sinusoidal signals in frequency bands. VCOs are available in wide and narrow bands, in miniature and subminiature sizes, surface mount and tape and reel packaging.
manufacturing capabilities |
Our manufacturing facility features a 1,000 square foot Class 100,000 clean room for production of hybrid assemblies, along with a full range of RF testing and computer aided design capabilities. All our products are calibrated with standards traceable to the NIST. Micronetics is also approved for: MIL-I-45208 (inspection), MIL-M-38510 (manufacturing), MIL-C-45662 (calibration).
our patented technologies |
MIcronetics has received several US patents for its technology over the past few years. The first patent was for the design and manufacturing methodology of our MicroSource low phase noise VCO. The second was for the MicroCalTM Module, a one-of-a-kind integrated circuit that facilitates self-monitoring in virtually all types of wireless equipment, including mobile handsets, subscriber units and base stations. We were also awarded a third patent covering the method and apparatus for verifying the integrity of smart antenna systems which are being deployed in cellular, PCS and Wireless Local Loop systems.

Micronetics Helps Sponsor Hudson, NH FIRST LEGO League Team
November 2003
David Robbins, President and CEO of Micronetics, Inc, has announced that the company has become a sponsor of the Hudson, NH FIRST LEGO League, the junior robotics team from Hudson Memorial School, by donating money toward the group's team wear and other associated needs.
"As a technology company that has experienced great success through the alignment around common vision and core values; we see the benefit that this league can instill in young students. Leadership, problem solving skills, scientific methods and simply the rewards gained from teamwork; are just a few of the reasons why we believe this contribution is worthy."
