Test Equipment

Micronetics designs and manufactures several broadband test solution platforms specifically designed to serve the wireless telecommunications and satellite communication markets employing such application standards as TDMA, CDMA, GSM, PCS, HDTV and other markets employing cable modem transmission and other internet infrastructure applications. The test equipment is centered around the following four platforms: Carrier-to-Noise, Automated Noise Generators, bench-top Noise Generators and hand-held Power Meter instruments. These platforms perform a variety of tests, which are used in performance verification, and the emulation of impairments in cellular/PCN/PCS, satellite, television and cable modem communication systems

Carrier to Noise Generators
Micronetics' CNG instruments are designed to automatically add noise to a signal to a precise settable Eb/No or C/N for testing bit error rate (BER) and other parameters of satellite modems, digital radios and cellular or WLL base stations and handsets.

Noise Generators
The ANG Series is the most flexible architecture available for automated noise generators. This rack mountable noise generator can be remote controlled via RS-232 or GPIB interfaces. A long list of options including; Input Signal Combiner, Monitoring Ports, and Noise Path Filtering give you the ability to design the ideal system for your application.

Amplifier Lab Test Set
Stealth Microwave, our Power Amplifier Group offers 19" rack mount housed amplifier lab test sets. Every amplifier module in Stealth Microwave's product line is available in either a Bench Top Lab Unit or a 19" Rack Mount form. These configurations offer the superior performance of our SSPA modules and the convenience of the power supply, cooling and remote monitoring and control in a single package. These units are re-configurable to accommodate your project's needs, although many standard features and options are available off the shelf.

RF Power Meters
Micronetics' hand-held Power Meters are lightweight and portable lab grade with a built-in frequency counter. This instrument is ideal for field-testing or laboratory use. Perform 100kHz to 2.6GHz CW power measurements over an 80dB dynamic range while the calibrator automatically performs background calibration.
